2. Non-Refundable Services
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

Services Already Rendered: Once work has begun or been completed, no refunds will be issued for services already performed.

Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred by third-party platforms (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions, or tools) are non-refundable.

Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after agreeing to the service terms.

Delays Caused by Client: If delays in project completion are caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Submit a refund request via email at info@mmegroup.online within 7 days of the issue arising. Include your name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Review Process: Our team will review your request within 5 business days and determine eligibility based on the terms outlined in this policy.

Resolution: if your refund is approved , the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 10 business days
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if only a portion of the services was not delivered as agreed. The amount refunded will be proportional to the services not rendered. The refund will be credited to the original payment account within 10 business days
5. Amendments to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
6. Governing Law
Disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction law, and users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or courts in Mumbai jurisdiction.
